In Delaware County, we've had some of the lowest voter turnouts in the State of Indiana in the last couple of elections. We have a voter turnout problem. Our mission is to encourage residents in Muncie to participate in our democracy and exercise their right to vote! Project 50 aims to increase the voter turnout rate to 50% of registered voters casting their vote in the 2024 Municipal Election. Project 50 is a non-partisan voter education effort to educate residents about their rights to vote and increase voter turnout during elections. It's your voice that matters, and you have the right to choose whoever you want to lead our City.
